Google Chrome Extension Included

If you use Google Chrome and have webmail versions of Google Workspace, Outlook or RSW Mail and you are a LinkedIn user then you'll love this extension!

You can see contacts right inside Google Chrome without even having to login to Connector. The contact record will show against each email you open automatically. Plus when browsing LinkedIn you can add contacts into Connector on the fly.

You can add or lookup contacts from any tab by using the search and add tasks, notes and opportunities and complete tasks too!

Can I see a demo?

Do you do the whole system set up for me?

The platform is designed to be self-serve, but we will help with the initial set up as part of our onboarding process. That includes connecting up the tech pieces like domains and socials/emails, getting an understanding of what you want from the platform, setting up an initial automation and email sequence, swapping over your web forms and depending on the onboarding call some other small tasks to make your life easier.

Do you have a refund policy?

Yes we do, if you're not happy with your purchase we'll refund you in full within 14 days of your first payment date. Please check out our Terms of Service for all the details.

How does the support work?

There are three ways we offer support. Firstly, you can use the inline help bubble. Secondly we have a searchable knowledge base and finally you can submit support tickets direct to us.

Our support is "unlimited" in terms of we will help you with whatever we are able to provide support with which is usually vast and far reaching.

Is the monthly cost forever?

Yes, for as long as you want to use Connector. If you want to cancel, just give us 30 days notice. The price you sign up on will be the price you pay... if you choose to upgrade or downgrade that will be based on the advertised price at the time of change and may not match these prices.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes, of course. If you choose to upgrade or downgrade that will be based on the advertised price at the time of change and may not match these prices.

If I do cancel my subscription, what happens to my access?

You will lose access to everything, but only after we've made sure you have everything you need. We will not delete data until we are sure you've got everything. Once we do delete the account, it is a permanent deletion.

Are there any additional costs?

Every account is pre-loaded with a wallet with pre-filled credit, we top this up every month, email usage is taken from this each month and the platform has been set up to monitor usage.

In theory, no one will get near the limits of each plan, however if you wish to purchase additional credit to send more emails, there is an additional charge of $10 for 10,000 email credits paid on a pay as you go basis.

Add-ons
Certain optional add-ons are not included in your standard subscription. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Phone numbers and related calling services
- WhatsApp numbers and related services
- SMS numbers and related services
- AI tools, agents or additional AI-powered features beyond your plan limits.

If you want any of these, please let us know.

Fees for these add-ons will be charged to your payment method as used or as agreed in writing. You can view current rates and options within your Connector account dashboard or at https://readysteadywebsites.com/connector-add-on-services.

We’ll always aim to make additional charges transparent, and you can monitor usage and balances from within your Connector dashboard.

How much is all of this worth?

If you were to use equivalent software that matched the same complete toolset approximately £500 - £1,000pm

What is the limit on funnels, forms, quizzes and surveys

There is no limit, fill your boots... create as many as you need!

Can I add videos?

Yes, you can load your own videos. Wherever possible we'd recommend using something like YouTube, Vimeo or Wistia to host the videos and then simply add those as embedded videos onto your funnels. It will make pages load faster and provide a better user experience for your customers across different devices.

If you're using the course engine, you can upload videos directly without the need for external software.

Do I have to have a domain name?

Yes and we can connect the platform up for you using sub domain.

If you do not already have a domain name, you'll need to buy your domain name and this will be at an additional cost.

You can purchase directly from our domain hub or via a third party.

Can I host the pages myself?

No, Connector is a software-as-a-service platform. This approach ensures you always have access to the latest updates and new features, and it helps us keep your funnels running smoothly. You can also export the HTML from any of your pages, along with your contact data, whenever you need to.

Is email hosting included?

Not with Connector.

If you're looking for a comprehensive mailbox with additional tools like calendars, docs and spreadsheets, we recommend Google Workspace for professional level email hosting and more. We will help you connect your domain to Google Workspace for you.

If you want a simple mailbox from us directly, there is a small monthly charge.

Do I have to have a Ready Steady Websites® website?

No you don't have to be on one of our website plans. But if you are, we'll help you integrate Connector.

What software does Connector run on?

A bit like our websites, where the core software is WordPress, Connector also has a core piece of software called High Level that it runs on. This software has allowed us to build out Connector to work in a way that specifically benefits our customers, customise and improve the experience and provide our own support. The core system itself has over 100,000 users.

What web browsers does it work on?

We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome on Mac or Windows. The latest major version of Chrome, FireFox, Safari and Edge are all supported in terms of using Connector.

The funnels etc themselves will work on all modern browsers and devices.

What Payment Gateway connections are there?

Connector integrates with Stripe, Paypal, Square, Authorize.net and NMI
